A Card From Priest Kwiatek

"For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive;
and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon him."
Psalm 86:5

The card was received from Priest Ryszard Kwiatek most probably in the early 1970s as he worked in our parish from 1968 to 1977, and he used to be my sister's Bible teacher.

Ryszard Kwiatek was born on 30 June 1940 in Raciniewo, Poland. He served in many parishes, he became a provost and Vice Dean of the Torun Deanery and an Honorable Chaplain of Pope John Paul II.
Priest Ryszard died on 4 Oct. 2018. He was 79 years old.

Priest S. Stypa

"In my Father's house are many mansions: If it were not so,
I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you."
John 14:2

Sweet heart of Mary be my aid

The card is the reminiscence of the first mass celebrated by Priest Stanislaw Stypa, Pallottine.

Stanisław Stypa was born on 9 Nov. 1928 in Kosobudy, Poland. His first mass took place probably in Ołtarzewo in 1954. Priest Stypa worked in various parishes all over Poland. The man died from a stroke and hypertension in 1987.

Pallotines known also as the Society of the Catholic Apostolate are missionaries.
